  • All information provided on the Bossbulbs website serves only as a guide.

  • By accessing our website or services, you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stated.

  • You are solely responsible for all information provided to us through the website, including personal information and written reviews. Bossbulbs will not hold responsibility towards any user generated content.

  • Elements of the Bossbulbs brand, including the brand name, brand logo, brand slogan and brand category remains under the property of Bossbulbs.

  • Any information on the Bossbulbs website is a property of Bossbulbs and may not be copied, replicated or used in any way.

  • Bossbulbs reserves the right to reject orders in certain circumstances, including error in product information, error in pricing, and technical errors. Rejected orders will be notified when the order is placed or within a reasonable time.


  • Bossbulbs provides warranty for all products purchased through the website. The warranty period will be stated in the description page of all products. Warranty due dates will be printed on the receipt or tax invoice issued when purchases are made.

  • Our warranties do not cover any product that has been improperly handled, including products that are misused, abused, disassembled, poorly handled, improper electrical connection or installation, installation of product by inexperienced personel, and use of product with non-supporting devices such as unsuitable electrical transformers (halogen transformers, etc).

  • All products undergo a quality security check before they are sent to you. Original copy of the purchase receipt or tax invoice must be presented upon warranty claims as proof of purchase. Claims without receipts will not be entertained.
